BS in Special Education with Elementary Add-on from Carson-Newman College, 2000
I began my teaching career at Rockford in 2000.
Married to Tommy with 2 children- Eli and Addi; Dog- Bella & Beau
I enjoy camping, reading, and watching my kids play sports.

Married to Aaron; Daughters, Olivia and Isabelle; Cat, Socks; Goats, Leah and Jovie, and dogs, Shelby and Angus.
I enjoy spend time with my family, camping, working out and taking trips.

This will be my 5th year of teaching at Rockford and my first in 1st grade. Before that I was a STEM teacher at Glenwood and taught 4-6th grade ELA and SS at Lenoir City Christian School.
I am married to Mick and we have our own little tiger, Colton, who attends school at The Rock. I also have 4 grown children (Laken, Brooklyn, Madison, Mason) and 4 grandchildren (Anna, Clay, Scarlett, and Gunner).
Aside from spending time with my family, some of my favorite activities include “glamping,” paper crafting, home decorating, board games, reading, shopping, attending church, cooking, playing hostess to anyone who loves to eat, and you guessed it……..teaching at The Rock!

Taught eight years in Knox County, then stayed home with my kids for several years, and have been teaching at Vonore Elementary for the last six years.
I enjoy playing with flowers, reading a good book by the river, and finding waterfalls with my husband, Donnie.
