Welcome to Blount County Schools!
Your student is about to embark on an exciting new chapter of life and we are honored to be a part of their educational journey. Your child can begin kindergarten if they will turn 5 years old on or before August 15 of the year you are registering them. You can find additional information about Kindergarten Registeration and Preschool Application in the flyers linked below. Any further questions are best answered by your zoned school. You can find contact information for each of our elementary schools on the elementary schools K-5 page of this website.
If your student is currently enrolled in a Blount County Pre-K program and will be beginning Kindergarten in the Fall, you will not use these links. You will be emailed a "snapcode" and form to complete in mid July.
